Academic Business Operations

The Academic Business Operations team provides leadership and strategic support with the allocation and management of fiscal and human capital for the Division of Academic Affairs reporting units.

The team works in partnership with university administrators and academic officers, providing administrative, financial, and personnel guidance by reviewing and conducting business analyses and facilitating internal and external communications.

Moreover, we handle administrative, budgetary, and personnel management for the Division of Academic Affairs.
