C-Flags (Send Requested Information to VSU)
C-Flags are notifications on the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) when information entered does not match what the authorizing agency has on record for the applicant, or if there is adverse information relating to the applicant's financial aid status.
If you have been notified you have a C-Flag. Please provide the documents requested to VSU’s Financial Aid Office as soon as possible. A financial aid offer cannot be sent until the documents are submitted and reviewed to ensure that the C-Flag is resolved.
Documentation for C-Flag resolution can be mailed to:
VSU - Financial Aid Office
PO BOX 9031 - Grandy Hall (Room 112)
Petersburg, VA 23806
It can also be e-mailed or faxed to:
Email: finaid@vsu.edu | Fax: 804-524-6818
