Access Student Email Student Email Instructions

You will use the Microsoft Outlook Web App to view and send email from your university account.

Virginia State University administers this account and can assist you with password resets if needed.

Troubleshooting

I'm getting an error, what do I do?

If you see the error message "You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account", try the following:

Select the Click here link in the error message to sign out.
Please access the new Office 365 site by clicking on the link above or type the new URL: https://www.outlook.com/students.vsu.edu
