The goal is to increase or maintain enrollment numbers, improve student retention, and ultimately, increase graduation rates. The collaboration with Ed Advancement has helped the university identify our strengths and potential opportunities for improvement, target our marketing efforts, and offer financial aid more effectively. The plan is the blueprint to accomplish the mission of long-term enrollment success and fiscal health.

In partnership with Ed Advancement and Ruffalo Noel Levitz, the VSU faculty and staff created a plan that is guided by the institutional mission and vision as well as its academic goals and priorities.
