The Board's Audit and Compliance Committee will meet at 11:30 a.m., Friday, January 20th. The meeting will be held in the President's Conference Room, room 310 in Virginia Hall located at One Hayden Drive on the campus of Virginia State University.

This public session, while open to constituent attendance, is exempted from livestream as it does not qualify as a full board meeting. No Board actions will be taken, and there will not be an opportunity for public comment.

All start and ending meeting times are approximate. Meetings may begin after the posted start time at the pleasure of the Board. The Board reserves the right to change its schedule as necessary.
