Board of Visitors Meetings September 12, 2025

The September 11, 2025, meeting of the VSU Board of Visitors has been canceled. Further details will be announced at a later time.

The Virginia State University (VSU) Board of Visitors will meet virtually via MS Teams on Friday, September 12, 2025, in the Gateway Dining & Events Center located on the campus at 2804 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
The meetings are being held virtually because Access to campus remains restricted. Only students, faculty, and staff with valid VSU identification will be permitted entry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Meeting Schedule:
9:00 a.m. – Committee meetings (to be held consecutively and livestreamed)
Immediately following – Full Board meeting (to be livestreamed)

The committee meetings are open to the public. The Full Board meeting will be livestreamed, and Board actions will be taken. Please note that public comment will not be permitted during these sessions.

The public may access the live stream of the Full Board meeting as follows: 1) Select the following link https://vimeo.com/event/5376906 or 2) Scroll to the bottom of the VSU website homepage (www.vsu.edu) and select VSU Live Events.  Viewers will then select the event titled, “September 12, 2025, Board of Visitors Full Board Meeting.”  If viewers experience a technical interruption, they may contact the VSU Helpdesk at (804) 524-5210.  According to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, VSU will provide Closed captioning during the live stream (IT Accessibility Laws and Policies | Section508.gov).
