Board of Visitors Meetings February 6-7, 2025

The Virginia State University (VSU) Board of Visitors will meet Thursday, February 6th, and Friday, February 7th, 2025, in the Gateway Dining & Events Center on campus at 2804 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. While open to constituent attendance, these public sessions are exempt from live streaming as they do not qualify as full board meetings.

The Board will hold a public comment period on the proposed increase in tuition and fees during the Board’s Facilities and Finance Committee meeting on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. VSU is planning a 3-5% increase to its undergraduate and graduate in-state and out-of-state tuition, fees, room and board rates for 2025-2026. The Full Board will convene at the Gateway Dining & Events Center at 9:00 a.m. for a meeting, which will be available via live stream. There will not be an opportunity for public comment at the meeting.
