Board of Visitors Meetings September 11-13, 2024
The Virginia State University (VSU) Board of Visitors will meet Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, September
11th – 13th, in the Gateway Dining & Events Center located on the campus at 2804 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd.
As indicated below, board committees will meet all day Thursday and reconvene on Friday morning. While open to constituent attendance, these public sessions are exempt from livestream as they do not qualify as full board meetings. No Board actions will be taken, and there will not be an opportunity for public comment.

- 3:30 p.m. - Committee on Personnel, Compensation & Governance
- 4:00 p.m. - Executive Committee
Friday, September 13, 2024
- 9:00 a.m. - Noon – Full Board Meeting
At 9:00 a.m., Friday, September 13th, the Full Board will convene at the Gateway Dining & Events Center for a meeting, which will be available via live stream. There will not be an opportunity for public comment at the meeting.
