Board of Visitors Meetings November 14-15, 2024
The Virginia State University (VSU) Board of Visitors will meet on Thursday and Friday, November 14th and 15th, at The Hilton Norfolk Main Hotel, Second Floor, 100 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510. As indicated below, board committees will meet all day Thursday and reconvene on Friday morning. While open to constituent attendance, these public sessions are exempt from livestream as they do not qualify as full board meetings. No Board actions will be taken, and there will not be an opportunity for public comment.

On Thursday evening the Board will have dinner at the Signet Center, 884 Bells Mill Road Chesapeake, VA 23322. At 9:30 a.m. on Friday, November 15th, the Full Board will convene at the Hilton Norfolk Main Hotel, Second Floor, 100 E. Main Street, Norfolk, VA, 23510, for the Full Board Meeting, which will be available via live stream. There will not be an opportunity for public comment at the meeting.
The public may access the live stream of the Full Board meeting as follows: 1) Select the following link https://vimeo.com/event/4696677 or 2) Scroll to the bottom of the VSU website homepage (www.vsu.edu) and select VSU Live Events. Viewers will then select the event titled, “November 15, 2024 Board of Visitors Full Board Meeting.” If viewers experience a technical interruption, they may contact the VSU Helpdesk at (804) 524-5210.
