Award Closeout
The grant closeout is a critical piece in the life cycle of a grant. Preparation for closeout should begin three months prior to the end date of the grant. OSRP will meet with PI's 60-90 days prior to the close out date to review grant progress, expenditures, and records; to address any remaining issues with the grant; to determine the necessity for no-cost extensions or carry-forward requests; and establish a time table for final reporting.
